The anti-bias curriculum has challenged me to rethink my practice and reflect critically upon why I do what I do each day. I see the anti-bias approach as a mosaic consisting of a number of equally important parts and collectively they work towards a synergy that reflects the &#39;bigger picture&#39; of social justice. In this session I will share examples from my practice of creating a kindergarten culture that promotes the bigger picture for children today and for all Australians tomorrow.</font></td></tr></table>');
