The preferred accommodation for conference delegates is the Sebel and Citigate Albert Park Hotel. The hotel is only minutes from the heart of Melbourne, and thanks to DEECD, a bus service has been arranged to transport delegates from the hotel to the conference venue.
The Department of Education and Early Childhood Development will provide Victorian children’s services employees working in a rural area with rebates for their conference accommodation costs. DEECD will pay for one nights accommodation* for delegates attending one day of the conference, and 2 nights accommodation** for delegates attending the Friday and Saturday sessions.
Please note this assistance is limited. Assistance will be provided on a first come first serve basis.
To qualify for this rebate you must email cmarxsen@kpv.org.au and have registered for the conference and booked a standard room at the Citigate Albert Park. Confirmation of all successful applications will be sent.
