Associate Professor Margaret Sims has worked in a range of early years programmes including child care, family support and early intervention. Her research focuses around quality community-based service delivery for young children and their families. In recent years she has undertaken research using cortisol, a biomarker of stress, to examine the impact of differing levels of quality in child care on children.
