  • One form to be submitted for each delegate

Full-time student (Limited number available) $350 + GST = $385
1 day registration (Standard price - Register and pay on or after 28 April 2017)

Please note: when you select a session in the online registration form you are booking into BOTH* the presentations allocated to that session e.g. if you selected session B1 then you will be booked into the presentations by Mary Howell / Dr Caroline Cohrssen (1.30pm-2.15pm) AND Sue Southey (2.15pm-3.00pm). It is expected that delegates will remain in the room for the duration of both sessions.

*With the exception of when there is only one presentation in a session.

Please retain a copy of this registration form for your records. This document will be a TAX INVOICE for GST when you make a payment. This conference may be approved by your employer as a professional development activity under VECTEA 2016.

If paying by electronic funds transfer (EFT) or cheque, payment MUST be received prior to the conference.
If paying by EFT, please transfer your registration fee to:

If paying by cheque, please send a copy of your invoice with your cheque to ELAA, PO Box 1246 Collingwood 3066. A confirmation will be emailed to you.

Privacy Statement: In registering for this conference, relevant details will be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates (name & organsation only).
Organisation information may also be made available to parties directly related to the conference.

Registration closes 19 May 2017, unless sold out prior.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received prior to Friday 12 May will receive a full refund less $30.00 processing charge. No refunds will be given after this date, however an alternative delegate name may be submitted. All cancellations must be made in writing. NB: No shows will be required to pay the full registration cost.
